R.C.C framed structure using VSP TMT steel and cement of reputed company and 1 st class table moulded brick masonry with 9" thick external walls.
   
PLASTERING
Internal: Two coats cement plaster of 20mm thickness with smooth finishing.
External: Double coat cement plaster of 20mm thickness with smooth finishing.
   
PAINTING
Interiors & common spaces: Smooth luppam finish with 2 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint with roller finish on a coat of primer.
Exteriors: Blending with acrylic based exterior pain / Texture finish.
   
FLOORING
Quality Marble / vitrified tiles in all rooms. Ceramic anti skid tile flooring in all toilets and utility areas.Common spaces: Italian Marble ( Katny ) flooring in common areas.
   
TOILET FITTINGS & ACCESSORIES
Ceramic glazed tiles dado up to 7 '0" height. Matching pastel coloured sanitary ware of Johnson / Hindware make in all toilets. Hot & cold mixer unit of jacquar / equivalent make with shower in all toilets. All other plumbing fixtures in CP of standard make, provision for geyser and exhaust fan of standard quality.
 
KITCHEN
Granite platform with stainless steel sink. Municipal & bore well water with provision for fixing Aquagard water purifier. Ceramic tile dadoing up to2'0" height above kitchen platforms. Provision for washing machine in utility area.
 
DOORD& WINDOWS
Main door: BT. Wood frame & shutters aesthetically designed with melamine polishing and designer hardware of reputed make in brass/S.S
Internal doors : Teak wood frame& teak veneer flush with float glass paneled shutters and designers and designers hardware of reputed make.
Windows : Teak window frames, shutters & rails with float glass shutters and designer hardware of reputed make in brass/S.S
